Our NOTIS 2026 Keynote Speaker is the one and only Dottie Li. In addition to her keynote address, Dottie will deliver a two-hour presentation called “Transforming Lives and Careers: Mastering Communication and Networking Skills for Career Success.”

Dottie Li is a successful coach, keynote speaker, and communication strategist who designs and provides media training and cross-cultural communication training. An essential part of her mission at TransPacific Communications (TPC) is to help break down cultural and communication barriers in the workplace, ensuring that talented English-speaking foreign speakers fulfill their promise.

We’ve prepared an incredible program for you this year, with presentations on such wide-ranging topics as: interpreter ethics; scholarly, literary, and humanitarian translation; language justice; legal and medical interpreter certification; professional habits and best practices; AI in healthcare settings; and more.
