STAYING IN THE HERE AND NOW

(YOU CAN NOW SIGN UP FOR A REPEAT OF THIS SESSION, BUT STILL OFFERED LIVE, SO IT WON'T BE IDENTICAL. SEE THE NOTIS CALENDAR.)

Are you feeling a little cooped up yet? Pretty certain your cat answered your question out loud? Are you getting really creative with meal preparation (think Spam enchiladas served on naan…)? Are you laughing a little too much or crying a little too much and wondering if you’re slowly going crazy? You are not alone! Come and connect with us for an hour and a half! Please join us free of charge on May 1, 2020 at 3:00PM.

NO CREDITS ARE BEING AWARDED FOR THIS WEBINAR. When you register, please answer the questions provided so that we may be prepared to answer them as best we can. You will be receiving a Zoom link.

Eileen Bowen, MA, LMHC, GMHS will be our instructor. Together we will explore the nature of stress and anxiety, learn about the positive and negative effects of these feelings, and learn how we can better cope with the current uncertainties in our lives. We will share tools and some self-care ideas that will assist you in coping with this world pandemic.

NOTIS is organizing this event to facilitate access for our members to a service that could be beneficial to them. All discussions, advice, and subject matter discussed should not be interpreted as opinions, advice or professional counseling from NOTIS as an organization.
