Notice of Annual Meeting, Board Election and Vote on Bylaws

At the meeting, members in attendance will vote on a proposed amendment to the NOTIS bylaws as follows:

The board of directors proposes to amend the bylaws to allow for the possibility of electronic voting, to extend voting access to a greater proportion of our membership. An in-person vote on this amendment will be held at this annual membership meeting - no ballots will be mailed. The proposed amendment to Article IX of the bylaws is indicated in the following addition in bold:

By direction of the Board of Directors, a proposed amendment may be submitted as a mail-and-in-person vote, a vote by electronic transmission, or an in-person-only vote, in conjunction with a membership meeting.
