CALLING ALL MANDARIN-LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS AND TRANSLATORS!!!!
We are very excited to be offering this special get-together for all of our NOTIS Mandarin-language interpreters and translators! Please bring all of your questions about the best way to say those complicated and/or pesky vocabulary words/idioms/phrases which have been looming in your brain for days, weeks... maybe even months or years? There is no better sounding board than our fellow colleagues! So bring your notebooks, questions, wisdom, favorite dictionaries, and prepare to enjoy a fun evening of talking to your colleagues about how best to say the words you use on a daily basis. We are inviting both medical and court interpreters as well as translators!
Not a translator or certified interpreter yet? Don't worry! Please come and meet the accomplished individuals who are already working in your desired profession. This is a great opportunity to ask them questions.
Join two of your NOTIS Board Members, Adrian Bradley and Janet Yan He, at the North City Bistro and Wine Shop in Shoreline on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, from 5:00PM - 7:45PM. This cozy little bistro has delicious food and over 600 wines and fancy Scotch. Live music begins at 7:00PM, but individuals don't have to pay a cover charge unless they stay past 7:45PM. (Cover charge is between $5 and $10.)
Please come join us for an enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing evening! This will be the first of many gatherings at this fun little bistro!
Register to claim one of 30 available seats. See you then!
