Companies and organizations who employ or provide services to language professionals are invited to join NOTIS for our 2021 Career Day! Register here to be listed on our event website with your logo and for a chance to send a representative to speak on our panels or host a networking breakout room. NOTE: registration is still open, but our panels are now full. All companies and organizations are still invited to host breakout rooms during the 2:00-4:00 networking session and send representatives to attend any or all parts of the online event.

9:30 – Welcome from NOTIS

9:45-10:45 – Educator panel. Invited representatives from college/university/certificate programs will discuss opportunities for training and continuing education.

11:00-12:15 – Translator & Interpreter panel. Working language professionals will discuss the perks and challenges of their specific fields of expertise.

1:00-2:00 – Employer panel. Recruiters from companies or institutions who hire freelancers or in-house linguists will discuss the jobs they have open, the qualities of their ideal candidates, and current and future opportunities or industry trends.

2:00-4:00 – Networking sessions. Breakout rooms hosted by registered recruiters.
